On the Ky side, predicted winners:
Caldwell, Trigg, Fulton City, Ballard, Lone Oak, Calloway, Bowling Green.
The two best games of the night in KY, despite the WPSD polls/popularity contest results, are Calloway-Graves & Mashall-Bowling Green.  The contests will reveal just how much progress the Lakers and Marshalls have made this season against 2 very good opponents tonight.  Predictiion - Lakers by 7 in shootout, Purples by 14 in hard-fought game not decided till 4Q.

well let's see here - caldwell could carve another notch in their six gun handle with a win over m'field, but they won't...

marshall plays a traditionally very tough f'ball team @ home tonight but home field means nothing in this one - they loose to b green...

calloway will shine like a new penny with an impressive win over graves...

the purple flash light up 'triple-digits' on the scoreboard and short circuits 'all' the black & gold's bulbs...

oh yeas and 'i' do 'request' bar-b'que sauce 'if' i am served a steaming platter of crow for my friday evenings mid-night snack people...

good luck to all the area teams taking the field tonight - may the games 'all' finish 'safely' along with 'hand-shakes' afterwards - remember guys, winners 'can' be losers and losers 'can' be winners regardless of the final score...

I'm not up on the teams outside Ky, so I'll just give Bluegrass predictions.

Mayfield/Caldwell         Mayfield wakes up.  Win by 7
Trigg/Fulton CO.          Trigg rolls out of bed as well.  They win by 14
Reidland/Fulton City      FC makes up for last week.  They win by 28
Mulenburg N/Ballard     Bombers by 7
Lone Oak/Heath           Ballard not the only Bombers. Robinson bombs Heath by 35
Graves/Calloway          Graves fight hard for 7 point win in OT.
B. Green/Marshall        I'm going to go against the grain.  Marshall shocks BG with
a 10 point victory.    GO MARSHALS

I agree with Pigskinparty that the two best games in the area are Graves/Calloway and Marshall/B Green.  While Lone Oak is extremly popular right now their game isn't going to be a close one.  It does seem to be a popularity contest and less on picking the best game.  But what can I say, Democracy rules.

I've learned to not make predictions. If I say them out loud or post them, it never works out in my favor.

I think that our Fulton City Bulldogs will definitely make up tonight for the showing last week...GO DAWGS!!!!  I do have to say though that the game to be watched this week will be in Martin as undefeated Westview battles the always strong Milan Bulldogs...this should be a great match up.

I predict Lone Oak will win by 4 touchdown passes! Good luck to them and to Corey Robinson, I know that tonight will be a record breaking night! They have worked very hard this year and deserve it!

Congrats to Lone Oak and Corey Robinson.  They have had a great season and I hope it continues.  Marshall came up short.  They played hard but just didn't have enough for a tough team like Bowling Green.  I wasn't there but heard there was more of that poor sportmanship problem that we heard about last week.  Apparently BG liked to mouth off and push after the whistle.  I hope Marshall didn't stoop to that level.  Better luck next week against Henderson.
